It’s very gratifying that people with different real estate needs and goals are responding to my blog. One couple, for example, that lives in Los Angeles and will be relocating to Orange County in the near future wants to start exploring their real estate options in coastal communities. Since I’ve worked with clients from Newport Beach to Dana Point for many years, I was able to not only forward examples of properties for sale but also share my perspective on trends in a half-dozen diverse communities. Another family living in Newport Beach wants to down-size but still have enough room in their property for a large garden. We’ve been looking at properties in Eastside Costa Mesa.

Gardening Time

Early June is a perfect time to make the most of your outdoor space. Another splendid growing season has arrived. The sunshine wants to help your tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers and even melons (if you have a large space) to thrive. I prefer to grow cherry and grape tomatoes that provide a much larger harvest for my daily salads. A variety of herbs planted in pots can take up so little precious patio space but add so much taste to meals. So enjoy our beautiful weather and the joys of gardening!

There are many decisions to consider when looking for a new home. I always try to help my clients think of the things that may be overlooked but will make their new home a joy to them.
