Moving On - New Home/New Life
Divorce is very difficult and taxing for everyone involved. Joint decisions, even conversations, can be tough. But lots of questions about transitioning from one home to the next need to be answered.
I’ve had an inquiry from someone who is trying to decide where to live when the family home is sold. Here are a few points to think about:
1.You are smart to think about where you want to live early so you can see as many options as possible and then make an informed choice.
2.Speak with a lender and become pre-approved so that you know how much money you will be able to borrow. Determine how much cash you will have to make a purchase.
3.Do you want to stay in the same community ? Ask me about other possibilities if you want to explore new locations.
4.Consider all important factors such as distance to work, adequate schools if you have children, and closeness to family and friends.
Moving is never easy under any circumstances. I will be happy to help you to move forward with your future and find just the right new home.
